You'll be SOLD on our SERVICE!Many people think they must pay to work with a Realtor, and this is simply not true.  our commission is paid from the Seller's proceeds at closing.  Agreeing to this commission eliminates the Seller's need to pay for and design advertising, answer phone calls at all hours, be present each time the house is shown, and pre-qualify the people who wish to visit the home.  Built into this commission is the money to pay SmartSell Realty to represent YOU as a Buyer's Agent.

You choose what you want to see
SmartSell Realty believes our clients will make the best decision in which home to purchase by having the widest possible range of choices.  We provide our clients (via email, fax or snail mail) a list of homes within their price range, in the area they want with the features they want, upon request.  Driving past the homes on this list will generally help you narrow down which home interiors you wish to view.  Once you let us know which homes you want to visit, your professional SmartSell Agent will arrange to show you each and every one!

SmartSell Realty's Twelve Steps to Home Ownership:

  1. Get pre-qualified by lending institution
  2. Interview with SmartSell Agent - receive MLS list
  3. Drive by homes on MLS list - take notes
  4. View selected homes with SmartSell Agent
  5. Select home on which to make offer
  6. Write offer and counter-offer until acceptance
  7. Make application at lending institution
  8. Get home inspected within ten days
  9. Submit request for repairs (if any)
  10. Purchase homeowners insurance policy
  11. Bring policy, picture ID and cashier's check to closing
  12. Sign closing paperwork and move in!
